The baby dinosaurs that you will get from breeding in ARK: Survival Evolved, will get their stats inherited from their parents. In other words, if you don't have the specific preferred type of kibble available, just use something else to tame a dino. This means that genetics plays a role in the breeding process. Otherwise, here's the specific types to use for drastically increased taming speed: Kibble Type The stats will be randomly assigned to the baby, however it will have a 70 chance that it will get the best base value from. Unlike most other objects crafted in Ark, engrams are not required for kibble, which are instead made using the recipes below. To craft kibble just combine the ingredients in a lit cooking pot with fuel (or an industrial cooker) and wait - each stack of kibble requires 30 seconds to cook.Įvery kibble type requires a specific kind of egg plus a number of ingredients listed in the chart.
